Task #1
In the future I plan on graduating early then working until the fall to began college. I plan on going to a community college for my first two years and then going to a university for the rest. I want to continue a career in social working or a nurse because I like to help other people. I like to work with kids and make sure their well being is ok and to pursue happiness in their futures as much as I am happy helping them.

1. yeah i guess it is what i expected. It's definitely different than high school and makes you become more social and a better student.
2. i would say my only regret would be that i wish i would have had a better idea of what path i wanted to follow. I changed majors 2 times and took a year off.
3. yes, i definitely miss my friends from home. It's hard to get used to being apart after spending so much time together in high school, but it makes you realize who you true friends really are because you have to stay in touch.
4. I gave up caring about what people think about me. At the end of the day its the way you look at yourself. Nobody cares what you did in class or what you wore that day because the next day they will totally forget about it.
5.College is more difficult. You have to do your assignments and your readings because professors aren't going to babysit you. They aren't going to make you come to class either so its important to keep yourself in line. But it can be great because there are many new opportunities and new people.
6. I do visit home when i can. But i now have an apt up here and this is where i live so i only go home to visit for a few days at a time.
7. My favorite part of college might be just the fact that you have so many opportunities. You can be who you want and do what you want. Social life is a big thing and a part of the experience. Makes you grow as a person but also besides class can be really fun.
8. My advice would be to open up. Meet new people. Make friends. Join clubs or do something to get involved. Networking can help you out in the long run. Go to class. The worst thing you can do is not show up, no matter how hungover you may be. ha-ha and study because you don't wanna be in a hole gpa wise.

10. I love that it is growing. Its becoming more advanced but at the same time it has the small town feel. I'm from a small town to it gives me comfort. Also i like that its very safe. I can walk alone late at night across campus and never have any problems.
